The open floor plan and numerous windows allow the refreshing trade winds to flow through the home, cooling it naturally. Vaulted, open-beam cathedral ceilings in the great room give the space an expansive feeling. Facing Magens Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and nearby islands, the home is surrounded by unparalleled vistas that are sure to please. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and a center island with bar stools. A complete chef`s toolkit, along with glassware and silverware for 10 guests are also available. The dining area features a large live-edge wooden table with seating for 10.

Multiple seating areas furnished with deep cushion couches and chairs and plenty of plush throw pillows allow for comfortable lounging.

The three bedrooms in the main house offer a private, intimate retreat for every guest. Each bedroom features luxurious bedding, en suite bathrooms and sliding glass doors that open onto a private deck with seating. The loft bedroom has a king bed and a comfortable seating area. Its en suite, marble-tiled bathroom has a glass shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, seating area, private deck and en suite bathroom. A sea glass green bedroom with white and coral accents features a queen bed. The lower level apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with two twins (can be combined to make a king)-, and a separate kitchen and living area.
The deck has multiple seating areas, a gas grill and outdoor dining area. The walk-in infinity pool blends right into the ocean, offering a direct view of neighboring Hans Lollik island and beyond.
Chaise lounge chairs are scattered about for sun bathing.
