If you are able to pull yourself away from Villa Viento, you will find many activities to indulge in, including beach days at the world famous Magens Bay, which is less than a mile from your villa, or boating to the BVIs, fishing for some Mahi or Tuna, water sports such as snorkel, kayak, SUP. Word of Caution: This villa has many stairs and partial open railings in many areas so it is not ideal for young children.

CANCEL POLICY: If you cancel the reservation by written notice at any time prior to the date that is sixty (60)** days prior to commencement of the rental period, we will refund all monies paid thus far, MINUS a processing fee of 4% if reservation deposit was paid by credit card. NO REFUND will be made for any cancellation, for any reason (other than named Hurricanes Cat 3+), on or following the date that is sixty (60) days** prior to commencement of the rental period. **120 days for Holiday weeks: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.
