  • 2 bedroom renovation (available oct 2026) Welcome to a truly special experience on Sapphire beach! This amazing penthouse, private condo is a 2-story unit with living area on the third floor and 2 new, renovated bedrooms on the 4th floor.
    NOW WITH GENERATOR BACKUP!
    A corner unit with 2 wrap-around decks (1 on each floor). Upscale and calming furnishings help you maintain a peaceful state of mind. The unit is in the 'C' building, perfectly centered on exquisite Sapphire Beach and close to the pool. Corner unit is very private and welcomes ocean breezes throughout the condo.
    This condo provides the best views of the beach and surrounding US Virgin islands. The beauty of the US Virgin Islands surround you from the living areas, sleeping areas and wrap-around decks . VIEWTASTIC!
    Close to the pool and a just steps away from the on-premise coffee shop and newly expanded beach bar. A new Pizza restaurant, gift shop and Open Air restaurant (SEA SALT) are now open. The marina is located behind the condo for adventurous or relaxing excursions.
    This unit contains a washer and dryer, a very convenient upgrade that other condos do not have. There are 2 twin beds in one bedroom, in addition to the super comfortable king size bed in the main bedroom. Condo is stocked with games, beach toys, multiple sets of snorkeling gear (including fins) coolers, beach towels, cable TV and free wi-fi. If you are looking for a relaxing, calming vacation on a beautiful beach, this is the place for you! The quaint town of Red Hook is 1 mile away with restaurants, a marina and a ferry to St John.

Kim’s condo was perfect for our family of 5. The location is great, away from noise, close to the pool! The two decks were also exactly what we need to relax! Showers were great and towels plentiful! AC cooled quick, beds were comfortable! The kitchen counter top space is extremely small so easy breakfasts and lunches would work but I’d recommend enjoying dinner out! There are several sets of snorkel gear and beach chairs to take with you, which we very much appreciated! Thank you for all your help Kim!

The AC was leaking from the ceiling and maintenance came. I did not tell them so someone else alerted them. But they came un announced. Never was truly fixed and had to keep a towel on the floor for the drip. Other than that, place was great!

Perfect accommodations for our family of 5 (three teens). It was great having 2 bathrooms and two balconies with beautiful views. The two pullouts were comfortable for the kids. The building and grounds were beautiful and well kept!

Our host Kim did a terrific job of welcoming us and went out of her way to make our trip a great time! The condo was very clean and communication was excellent. We will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone interested in visiting St Thomas.

Great location on the beach. 3rd bldg over from the beach bar and closer to the pool so great with kids! Host very responsive to messages and helpful with activity ideas! Condo well stocked with everything you need including towels, snorkel gear, cooler, and things like blender, air fryer, etc. Two balconies. Its sort of like 2 apartments. We had an awesome time!!!!

Nice stay!

Beautiful views! We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very accommodating. Try the chicken sandwich at the beach bar and check out the cute boutique. Oh and great breakfast sandwiches at the coffee shop. Thank you!

As usual the property was amazing! Owners are always quick to respond. Location is perfect, close to the marina for pairsaliing and close to town for shopping and restaurants.

Amazing as usual

We stayed here for the third year in a row. Just like the last 2 years, everything was amazing. Location is great, property is clean and right on the beach. We are hoping to be back next year again!

Beautiful, clean, well stocked, great location!

The condo was perfect. Many locations are not as good in person as they appear in pictures, but this one was. Beautiful appointments (real paintings, nice furniture), very clean up on arrival, and the location can't be beat. Close to the pool and beach, with unbelievable views.
