We were a family of 9 adults & the house was perfect Celebrating 80 birthdays the layout was easy and bedrooms fit all needs for space and privacy Kitchen was well equipped & the dining table was best that we all could sit around and see each otherLocation was very convenient to red hook linguist beach was beautiful Our pool was the best at the end of a busy day Would love a little more view of the water lots of palms blocking views but landscaping was pristine! Outstanding Stay

Our family of 9 (including a 2 year old and four year old) had a wonderful stay at this property. The pool, beach and fishing (off the jetty) provided everyone something to do everyday. Also, the short walk to Sapphire beach was a nice treat. No need to leave the property (except to get provisions). Beautiful setting!

Absolutely a beautiful property. Whole house Sonos sound system and WiFi worked great. Pool was magnificent. Very short walk to Sapphire Beach which is beautiful. Gated community which was secure and safe. Amazing views and snorkeling out back yard. Definitely need a vehicle or taxis to get to Red Hook and Magans Bay Beach. This place is a 5 star !!!

12 of us spent a wonderful week with room for all. Walk down the lawn to snorkel or fish, play in the pool, relax on the veranda - we did it all. Great restaurants nearby and beaches with activities for everyone. We all hated to leave.

Family Celebrating My 80th B'day

We had nine adults and one 6 yr old. we all enjoyed the refreshing infinity pool every day. Kitchen allowed us to prepare breakfasts and lunches. Dave greeted us when we arrived, with a tour. Property was well maintained. The covered patio area wrapped around the far end of the house to poolside of the property. the covered area had lighting and fans, allowed us to play table game and eat out side. We enjoyed the access to the Caribbean, caution on the beach. We enjoyed the sand beach at the beach cottage sitting and watching sunsets. We had family photos taken amongst palm trees during the golden hour. The Villa allowed our families to gather around as well as each family had their own space. The Vrbo process to rent this facility was easy, we worked with Joanne Hux. Thank you for this unforgettable family vcation. Tom & Lois

The property is super nice. Everything was as described. Very accommodating for six couples. Great amenities and wonderful location. Easy to communicate with owners and management. We took the 5 minute walk to Saphire Beach several times. The water was calm and beautiful with good snorkeling. We used the infinity pool daily and the patios. We cooked on the outdoor grill several times and in the kitchen, which was well stocked with any cookware needed. This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. Thanks for sharing your paradise with us.

Wonderful Stay!

Our family spent 7 wonderful days at this beautiful property! The house and outside area were spacious, which allowed for privacy and time to listen to the ocean any time you wanted to.😊 The area was quiet and seemed so secluded but yet close enough to anything needed. We all enjoyed the pool multiple times everyday, barbecued, and created wonderful memories. With a large group having two fridges and an ice maker was an added bonus! We enjoyed our stay so much several years ago that we decided to bring our friends along this time. We/they were not disappointed. Best High School Friends Trip

All in our 70’s. Property was so wonderful. We ate breakfast and lunch on the beautiful porches. Enjoyed nearby restaurants some evenings and cooked steaks one night, burgers one night. Helpful hosts and caretakers. Water is not that close to the house but would not be a deal-breaker for us since all else is great.

Great stay near Sapphire Beach

This is a wonderful property with a perfect outdoor area. Great pool and a large enough yard that the grandkids could run around and explore. The rooms are large and well appointed. The fully stocked kitchen and media room were highlights. This is, by far, the best place I've stayed in a very long time. The walk to Sapphire Beach which we did everyday to enjoy the wonderful beach, great restaurants and bars is really only possible by walking around a stony point in the water. That route takes just a few minutes. The walk along the main road is not a good option as it's much longer and a bit dangerous, especially at night. This place is really perfect.

Awesome Villa, this place will not disappoint, it is just as nice, if not better, than all the pictures. We were a party of 10 adults, all had plenty of room. The care takers were quick to answer any and all questions. And yes you need water shoes to get in the water. Grandkids had blast, Pool is fantastic. I would not recommend renting a car, we spent a lot of time at the Villa. Grounds are clean and well maintained, Believe me when I say it's all there, it is. The home is nicely laid out for multiple families. Each bedroom has separate entrance and key lock. The views are beautiful and the grounds well maintained. We really did enjoy the ocean access. We snorkeled regularly off the beach. We were surprised at how much we used the pool where the family came together in the water. The large platform (large flat step) was perfect for our 3 year old grandson. The infinity edge was really nice. They were receptive to emails. The two refrigerators were a nice bonus. Location was perfect. Air conditioning good and large tables for family meals were most appreciated (indoor and out!).

Friendscation 2024 Success!

Perfect House! We have a group of 11 that travel every year together. It'a always a challenge finding a property that fits all our needs, This home was perfect! It's like everyone has their own private large hotel room and bath but with a huge accommodating common area. Large tables for dining, a great kitchen with an extra refrigerator!, fantastic pool, and a beach!! What more could you want. Location is private and quiet, but close to Red Hook for night life, dining, and adventures. I never had to wait more than minutes to get any reply for the hosts and the property mangers were wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend. This might be a first return location for our annual friends trip!! Thank You!

What a nice great getaway!

WOW! We had such a nice time. We were a group of friends looking for a relaxing trip. The point down by the cabana was just beautiful. We also enjoyed looking at the water from the pool, it was calming. We hired Chef Romeo to come into the home and cook for us a couple times. He was simply amazing. So pleasant to work with, his food and presentation was so perfect for us (I honestly wish he could have come to our own home). What a kind, knowledgeable guy! Spa To Go for in home massages. What professionals they are! Great way to relax! The beach area is nice but getting into the water is tough, so make sure to have sturdy water shoes. The water for us was a little "rough" but we watched for lower tides and made the best of it. Beautiful property and very well taken care of. Highly recommend for R&R. 50th Anniversary Celebration with Family

Our family of 11, ages 11-80, stayed at the property the last week of March to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It was absolutely perfect! The accommodations were excellent with privacy but large general areas by the pool, waterfront, living room and media room. We had several meals at the large 12 person table outside as well as the 12 person table inside. Since everyone is encouraged to leave unused supplies, the kitchen is well stocked. Be sure to check in before heading to the store because you probably won’t need to buy spices, etc. for cooking. Location is excellent being so close to the beaches and Red Hook. Great views! The only mistake we made was watching the sunset on the first evening without spraying for bugs. Several of us were attacked by the “no see ums” and had uncomfortable bug bites the next day. We cooked several meals but had Chef Romeo cook a special anniversary dinner for the group. It was the best meal we had during the vacation. While the men and kids went fishing with Drift Charters, we had Spa to Go come to the property for massages. Again, fantastic service and so convenient! Alyssa from A Minuto Photography met us at Sapphire Beach to take professional photos. They were beautiful! We also did a half day 50’ private sailing catamaran ride and went zip lining with Tree Limin’ Extreme. There was plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful pool, play games, & snorkel off the beach. Perfect property!!
