Amazing new/modern condo-Walk to beach, Marina and pools. Red Hook/bars near by!

  • This 1 bedroom unit has been 100% renovated. I've seen numerous units in Sapphire Village and this is the nicest, most modern in the complex! New floors, bathroom, paint, furniture, spectacular bar connected to the kitchen, granite countertops throughout, backsplash, 55in flat screens in bedroom and living room and unit has high speed internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean, marina and St. John from your private patio. It's a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina, where you can do snorkeling trips, boat trips to other islands, including British Virgin Islands. Condo is a few steps from a very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome! Less than 1/2 mile away is Red Hook which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C units in the bedroom and living room keep the condo very cool. Full-size fridge, bar with bar stools, patio furniture and games in the condo. Laundry available onsite and TV has Netflix. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the condo. Very clean, great location for going into Red Hook and the ferry. Unfortunately we did experience power outages daily throughout our stay, and as beautiful as the view is from the balcony, it was tainted by construction directly in front,,, Of course neither of these were in the control of our host.

Always a pleasure staying at one of Raleigh's properties. Having a one-bedroom unit gives you so much more space to enjoy and relax. Sapphire Village is the perfect location for us, with a beautiful beach, great restaurants, and close to Red Hook and the St. John ferry. The bonus of using a car on this trip to explore really made our vacation special. Thank you, Raleigh. We look forward to staying with you again.

The unit was very nice..our host had supplied beachchairs, masks for snorkeling and an umbrella...the beach was nice as was the pools..we needed another set of beach towels though that we purchased from kmart since there was no beach towel service..Overall we would do it all over again ...

This unit was perfect for what two of us needed. The place was clean, spacious, and located near beaches & eateries. Check in and out was easy and understandable. Overall a good experience.

The condo was in a great spot; close walk to the beach & restaurants/bars. Stocked with nice beach chairs (not the cheap, beat up, rusty ones we usually see at rentals) snorkel gear, and extra stuff left behind by previous guests, including a beer, spices, and toiletries clean, updated, and great views. The only reason it’s not a 5 is because of the huge rock pile in front of the balcony; not a huge deal, but we weren’t expecting that. We’d definitely stay here again though!

The pool was a very short walk from our unit who we appreciated! So was the laundry but you have to buy tokens when the office is open so we didn’t get to use it. The room was clean overall

Great location and view. The condo is lovely, comfortable and has nice amenities. The nearby restaurant Sea Salt is delicious. The owner also sent a convenient list of recommendations and directions.

It was good! Just rent the car - the taxis are not worth it. Very clean. The power went out a few times - but these outages affected the whole island.

The location, and place were perfect. Close to the pool, sudi's and sapphire beach and red hook to catch the ferry to st. John. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again!
