Scott Beach Villas #1

  • Located on the east end of the island at Scott Beach by Compass Point two minutes walk to the beach. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, sleep 8. Air condition, Electric Range, Microwave, Granite Counter Tops, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Dish Washer, Dish Network TV' Wifi. Has a large back-up generator (House is fully powered 24/7). Off-street parking, fully furnished. Very quiet, safe and friendly neighbor hood.

    Guest access.....
    You will have access to the entire unit. You can do your laundry, watch your favorite TV show or sports on a 60" flat screen HDTV. You can cook your own meals, eat out or sit back after a long beach day and do some grilling.

    Neighborhood overview.......
    The property is located on a private street away from the main highway so there is no traffic noise, every safe and friendly neighborhood, there are 4 houses on my street and I owned two of them, I live in the on across the street so I am always available if my guest need me. It is close to the water only 2 minutes walk to the beach.

    Getting around
    You can get a taxi to anywhere you need to go on the island but it will be very pricey, I highly recommend renting a car so you can go wherever you want and when you want. We have a family owned rental car business and we offer our guest up to 15% discount on rental cars. Guest can also take our cars to St John on the car barge from Red Hook to visit and explore the beaches and parks in St John.

    Other things to note.........
    We also have a 125KW automatic generator which is necessary in the Virgin Islands. If you rent a place without a generator and the power goes out you will not have Running Water, Wifi, Toilets, Fans, T.V, Showers, etc.....

Our time here was great. Clean place, stuff to use for the beach, prompt help and responses from owner, very close to stores, beaches, and ferry to St John. If we go back to St Thomas, we’ll stay here again for sure.

Great Place

Great place to stay. Dexter even gives you his cell number in case there are problem you have. We had none. This is right down the road from Red Hook on a quiet street.

Comfortable, clean, great location!

This villa was very clean and well-stocked with comfortable beds, lots of clean linens, and everything you need for a fun stay on St. Thomas. It is a great location that is quiet and out of the way but very convenient to Red Hook and just a short drive to Magen’s Bay, Sapphire Beach, and the ferry to St. John. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful place!

Perfect location, very comfortable and beautiful views from the huge wraparound veranda. Great to have nice snorkel gear and beach chairs and cooler to use. Very convenient to use Dexter's company for Jeep rental too! Will have to return soon!

Excellent stay!

Beautiful condo close to Secret Harbour and Red Hook. Check in was seamless. The host lives on property and was available for any questions. Good air conditioning, comfy bed and new appliances.snorkel gear and beach chairs a plus. Very close to grocery stores. Very quiet. Highly recommend!

Great Property

My family of 4 stayed here for a short getaway. The property was very clean and more than met all our needs. It is a short 5 min walk to a small beach down the road or a short drive to several beaches nearby. With beach chairs, towels and snorkel gear provided it made for a wonderful trip.

Clean and cozy, and the WiFi and A/C are there when you need it. Dexter set us up with SUV rental as well. Seamless and easy the whole 7 day stay.

Anniversary celebration

The property was very comfortable and located well for how we spent our vacation (at the beaches). We had spent our honeymoon on Saint Thomas 44 years ago and it was fun to revisit the island and enjoy the climate and the beaches. We spent the time with our daughter, son in law and granddaughter and we all felt we had adequate space. We would all highly recommend the property.

Amazing stay!

Property was exactly as pictured! Staff were friendly and helpful through the process…even FaceTimed us when we became lost attempting to find the property. Safe, secure neighborhood but close to many amenities. We will definitely be booking again!
