This property was surreal, amazing views right on the water. I stayed here for a week and it felt like I had the property to myself. The ocean surrounds this place it is truly amazing. Definitely recommend renting a car (4wd preferably). Overall 10/10

Beautiful location. Aptly named "the breeze" for the constant sea breeze. Quiet and clean. Amazing views. Slow contact with staff the only complaint.

I didn't go because I was ill. However, my travel companion went. We weren't told that the roads leading to the property were very hazardous. My travel companion decided not to stay there because of this. Her taxi driver took her back to town, & she stayed at a different place. I feel that I should get a refund due to these circumstances.

Read before u book

Location is beautiful and well maintained It’s not a hotel and does not have front desk although the phone was answered ans problem - no running water- was addressed immediately. The pool is shared and too small for all to enjoy at the same time. There were no other guests at the time we stayed there so the pool was ours. The road to get there is very narrow with sharp turns and up and down the hill which is true to all roads in st Thomas. It is far from any beach 10-18 min drive not walk as stated on the property website and also far from any supermarket. Many many many stairs so don’t bring ur grandma with u. They also make u sign a release form the day before u come which is not mentioned at the time of reservation and unwelcome surprise

Incredible views, nice common areas. Definitely the highlight of the stay. However management or even anyone other than cleaning people were on-site. No one ever checked in with us or asked if we needed anything. The location is remote, you will need a car, four wheel drive vehicle is recommended. Driving at night is difficult, and roads are not always marked. Be prepared and you will have a great stay!
