Avoid staying here at all costs
We arrived and the entire resort smelled of sewage from the horrid seaweed issue on their beach area which made us physically sick and their systems were also down so they were not able to check us in when we arrived after traveling all day so they sent us to the restaurant which was closed down and then we got yelled at by a time share sales lady bc mask fell below my nose for a brief second while in the lobby. They made us wait to check in for over 30 mins before anyone even acknowledged us. Entire resort amenities were closed for our entire stay. No pool, no bar, no coffee shop, no beach, no restaurant, no nothing and they did nothing to accommodate for the closures. Didn’t even offer guests water for their rooms. I will absolutely never EVER stay there again. All the hotel staff were rude and no one did anything to offer refunds, etc to help accommodate all the additional costs we incurred having to leave property in cabs to eat and enjoy the beach every day. The property Mgr also responded saying they would do nothing to help us either. It was honestly the worst trip ever! I have absolutely nothing good to say other than the floor plan of our room was nice. I would steer clear of this resort. The surrounding areas around the resort are Rough too. Coki beach which is the closest beach was awful too with tons of drugs, etc.
