We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The home was equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfast or dinners.They also provided beach chairs, beach bag, a cooler and beach towels, which was really convenient.The grocery store was close and they had everything we needed and the prices were not outrageous.Pool was convenient and great have after coming home from the beach our kids would immediately jump in to continue the fun they were having. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAVING THE POOL HEATED.Hull bay beach 2 turns and not even 2 mins away just make sure to make the right at surf board sign. The Shack at Hull bay was convenient and food was great as well. They had something going on each night as well.The Fish Bar which it very close gets packed starting as soon as they open at 5 you absolutely can walk there.If considering booking do it if we visit again we will be back.One last thing take the ferry to St. John if you have a rental take the car ferry and take all beach amenities provided made it so convenient to have.Host were easily accessible to answer any questions or recommendations for the island.

Hostess was super responsive and quick. Bedroom with washer the mattress needs updating, pillows are not great. When we arrived the patio door was open and the lock was broken so that was quite concerning but they did get it secured the next day for us with a wooden dowel. Doors and windows need updating as they are very hard to slide and locks are very very hard to make function. Driveway has a huge chunk of concrete out of it and the angle coming in is very steep so that was challenging. The house was clean and cute. Pool was nice to have and we just used the beach chairs provided as there are no pool chairs. Kitchen has plenty of plates and utensils. The house is located on the northside of the island so if you are coming in later grab your groceries before you head up there as there is nothing open or close if you don’t want to drive those roads in the dark. This side of the island is much quieter which ended up being great but you are away from pretty much everything.
