Staff were not friendly or considerate. No hair dryers in room and close to impossible to get one. Absolutely no getting into the room until 4:30pm.

This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel feels extremely low-budget and lacks even the most basic amenities you would expect. The WiFi barely works, and the TV doesn’t connect properly, which made it frustrating to relax in the room. The bathroom was also poorly stocked no shampoos or basic toiletries provided, which is something most places include without question. The overall condition of the room felt neglected, and the experience from the moment we arrived didn’t improve things. The check-in process was unwelcoming, and it honestly felt like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. For the price, this hotel falls far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have absolutely no other option.

This is a great place and a great value. If I could change only one little thing it would be to get the water in the shower a little more hot; it’s not cold but not quite hot—a little over lukewarm. I’m sure this could be a quick fix from a maintenance engineer. There is a little road noise, as well, which you can’t help being that close to the main road. Overall, it is a really great hotel that is easy to get to and close to everything (ferry, airport, restaurants/shops, and my work. I travel every other month for work, and I will likely stay again (if they can heat up the water a little ;0).

Theyre cheap for a reason. Bathroom was outdated. Came for dinner at 845 but chef said nomore cooking. It says theyre open till 10 soooo. On the 3/4th day, we came to no housekeeping. Had to look for a staff to get new towels because the phone in our room is just decorative. Wasnt working at all. Remote wasnt working for tv.

My stay at Winward Hotel was unfortunately disappointing. While the location is great and very convenient, the overall experience did not meet expectations. The property was a bit deceiving based on its appearance, and the room itself did not feel clean or well-maintained. I had concerns that my particular room may have had bed bugs, which made it difficult to relax and fully enjoy the stay. Additionally, the shower was not clean, which was another major downside. With that being said, the hotel does have potential because of its prime location, but it could definitely use a thorough deep cleaning and a remodel or “pick-me-up.” Until improvements are made, I would be hesitant to stay here again.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean, it’s like they wipe down surfaces and leave the rest. There was soap scum and mold along the tub. Staff were not very friendly and the pictures show a nice hotel than what is there. It’s fine to stay for 1 or 2 nights but would not be my first choice.
