“The hotel has a lovely location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the food, particularly breakfast. It used to be so good but has gone downhill. This wouldn’t put me off returning because the bedroom refurbishment is greatly improved and the staff are so nice.”

The staff are a true credit to the hotel and we heartily thank them for one of our most magical vacations ever. In particular, we appreciated the hospitality and warmth shown to us by Juanne, Alea, Kennedy, and Gregory. We are already plotting our return! The property is stunning. Walk along the shore and hunt for sea glass. The breakwater allows for easy swimming in the gorgeous Caribbean Sea. We saw……

“They did not honor my availability to upgrade me since I’m A gold VIP member , I was extremely disappointed …the place looked so empty ,but overall it was well maintained with beautiful location and if you not there before 4pm there’ll be nobody there to greet you or to assist, so get there early lol”

“Resort was clean, room was spacious although we had pool side view the stairs to our space for the pool was broken, staff was friendly, no activities or much entertainment, food was mediocre, found myself going to a coffee place 1 min walk away and going to other restaurants off property to enjoy the food, only chopstix was worth it for dinner. If I would’ve known I wouldn’t have paid more for the all inclusive and would’ve just paid standard price.”

“Perfect location, great entertainment, all restaurants were open & food was great! Close to shopping places. Hotel provided free rides to different beaches because of the seaweed. Staff was wondering & my beach front room still had amazing views”

“On arrival we were upgraded to a seaview suite when I had booked a garden view room so that was a nice touch. Hotel is right on the beach and the staff from the manager to the cleaners were the happiest most friendly people I have dealt with. The hotel is conveniently situated for exploring the island, there is a bus stop right outside and you can travel anywhere for 2 Barbados dollars, 60p in English money. The local people themselves are extremely friendly and the island has a very low crime……
