“Work trip in Jefferson City with five coworkers. The location was cozy and beds were comfortable. Lots of space to hang out. The kitchen was big had most everything we needed. The neighborhood with mature trees was fantastic. We were disappointed the pool table was not functional since the sticks were broken and pool table was extremely unlevel. Also the pool was great, but the lights weren’t working to use it in the evening when we were mostly there.”

“Lovely cabin with a cool history right on the Osage River. Generally very quiet with only the occasional passing car and the sounds of the local peacocks and hummingbirds for a peaceful background. Rhonda and Chevy are awesome hosts; be sure to have a chat with them when you get a chance.”

“We had a group of students stay here while attending leadership and political workshops at the Capitol building. The location of the loft cannot be beat as it is a few blocks walking distance to the government buildings where we spent our time. The incredible rooftop deck was a perfect place to unwind after loosening ties & kicking off dress shoes. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The location had us 5-7 minutes from everything we wanted to see, the back yard gave us a feel of being in the woods and the back porch allowed us to relax while listening to everything going on around us (it was peacefully quiet so there was nothing but nature sounds)! The owners were so nice and we even chatted with the neighbors. We are planning an adult trip soon and cannot wait to come back”

“It was a great time. This is the second time i have stayed at this property and it is the best place to relax and unwind from busy work seasons. It was incredibly clean. We had our 9 month old son with us and we were able to let him crawl around right when we got there with no worry of him getting into anything he shouldnt. Only down side was the wifi password listed on the website was incorrect and i didnt get a response from the host for the correct one. But that is a very minor detail. We……

“We came to Jefferson City for a family wedding. A couple of months ago we were trying to find hotel rooms but everything was booked. I just happened upon this listing on vrbo and once we arrived at the property, I was so thankful that all hotel rooms were booked. It was wonderful to sit on the deck early morning and near dusk to watch all the wildlife. We will definitely be back!”

“This is little piece of heaven. So clean and peaceful, I love the family style breakfast and conversation. Camping in style, the tiny cabins are private and clean. The view of the Osage river is amazing. Surprisingly a community shower/bath house - was very clean and you can lock the door privacy.”

“Unique place to stay and so much fun! We were able to have our party stay in one place. Plenty of room for air mattresses so no one had to share a bed. ”

“Every summer I take my high school volleyball team on an overnight trip. This year brought us to jefferson City. We played at the LINC the house was in a great location. We had a great experience. The girls had so much room for all of them to skeep and hangout. The pool was a big hit! If our travels ever bring us back to jeff city, we will definitley be back to stay”

“Cabin was very clean. Loved the little lake. Property is on a farm with a lot of different animals roaming around. (Cabin area is separated from the animals by a fence) The driveway to the cabin is gravel and steep, I'm glad I had my truck. Had a good stay.”
