We felt like breakfast was overpriced for what we got, but we enjoyed our stay. The room was very small, but clean and cute and close to the ocean. We would stay here again.

Clean, cute cabins, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of free parking, and beautiful ocean view. The owner made it clear on several occasions ahead of time that there are no grocery stores or restaurants nearby and no cooking facilities in the room so we were prepared and had a wonderful stay.

Older guesthouse in an excellent location near the shore with an ocean view on the Snaefellsnes peninsula. Everything was clean and the hosts were kind and helpful.

I enjoyed staying at the Guesthouse Hof. The owners of the property were very helpful and kind. The room was clean. It was a great hopping off point to see the wonders of the Snæfellsnes peninsula.

Clean room and ocean view was nice - tried to get water from front reception but front desk said they would not open even before 9am so kinda annoyed by that, No drinking water in cabin either.

Guest house Hof is in a great location for exploring the Snaefelsnes Peninsula, and is surrounded by nature. It's not high end, but it's great for people who want a relatively inexpensive place to stay. Accommodations are simple but everything you need for a stay of a couple days. It's not located near any towns, so bring your own food, etc. They do have breakfast available if you need it. What really makes the place special is Lila, the owner, who made us feel welcome and who was very knowledgeable about places to go and things to see on the Peninsula! With nothing around it, it's a great dark-sky place for viewing the northern lights.
