「I drive from Siena for a long way to expect the romantic trip. I choose the most beautiful pic on hotels.com. BUT it's really a nightmare to choose this hotel. I booked four star hotel but all I can stay is "only the room". I have to check in and eat breakfast in another hotel which is far away from 10 minutes walk.

「We had a deluxe twin bed apartment which was well laid out with plenty of space but a little worn and in need of an update especially in the bathroom.

「The hotel design is special. If you are a Japanese comics fan, you will like it. The bed is comfortable. But the facilities in the room are not enough. Only one socket is provided. The staff are helpful. And the location is good.」

「good location.but my room‘s bathroom was not cleaning before i check in. It's so sad！」

「Everything was nice good service very clean and they was served us with good smile and kind I really appreciated them thank you for everything.」
