This beautiful detached chalet for a maximum of 4 people is located in a small chalet park in the lively town of Stadl an der Mur in Styria, near the famous Kreischberg ski area.

The chalet offers a cozy living/dining room with an extra sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen and on the first floor 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom. From the living room you have direct access to the large and partially covered terrace. There is a wonderful garden surrounding the house and parking is available directly at the chalet.

The town center of Stadl an der Mur is about a 15-minute walk away and offers various restaurants and inns, shops for daily shopping and a gas station. The two district capitals of Murau and Tamsweg are only about 20 minutes by car.

The chalet is in a perfect location to the neighboring ski areas Kreischberg (approx. 15 minutes) with 42 kilometers of slopes, Hirnkopf-Flattnitz (Glödnitz) in Central Carinthia (approx. 20 minutes) with 8 kilometers of slopes and 5 lifts, Turracher Höhe, one of the most diverse ski areas the Southern Alps with 43 kilometers of slopes and 15 cable cars and ski lifts (approx. 30 minutes), the Prebersee high-altitude cross-country ski run in approx. 30 minutes and the cross-country skiing area in Schönfeld - Innerkrems (approx. 40 minutes).

In summer, the Stadl leisure facility directly in Stadl an der Mur with a 7000 m2 swimming lake offers lots of swimming fun!
