The Cozy Studio

Clean, quiet and new! This cozy studio apartment offers much more than a bed and pillow. Located on a private lot just minutes from Downtown Stamford, essential shopping and a nightlife filled with bars and chic restaurants. Nurses, doctors, residents or those doing clinical rotations/fellowships, enjoy being blocks away from the Stamford Hospital! For your daily commute or pure leisure, Stamford Train Station and i95 are conveniently located near the property. You can be in NYC under 45 minutes or enjoy Fairfield County and beyond in scenic CT.

The studio offers a fully renovated modern design. Full kitchen, standup shower, queen size bed and couch that can be converted into a sleeper. The kitchen and bathroom are separated from the bedroom living area. The space also includes a walk-in closet, mudroom, washer and dryer and workstation. In-house wifi will be provided for your personal tech devices and will come in handy for the wall mounted Smart TV offering apps like Netflix , Hulu, etc. NOTE, PARKING IS NOT PROVIDED. STREET PARKING ONLY. DO NOT ASK HOST WHERE TO PARK.

The private keyless entry is accessible from the fenced-in backyard.

Other things to note:
-street parking only
-this is a basement apartment, some parts of the ceiling are lower than standard
-patio and grill are shared with other guests. first come, first served, hosts are not responsible in coordinating.

The property is very clean and tidy, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It didn't have a parking but we managed to park on a street nearby.

Basement living & overall location not to my taste

Clean, nicely decorated, never met the owners/manager, so was too anonymous for me. Staying in a basement not the greatest experience. Not located in the of Stamford, limited food options nearby - really requires a car, so lots is for Uber rides. Really expected more/ better from VRBO...

Short stay

The accommodation perfectly suited my short-term needs. The hosts were very receptive and thoughtful about my stay. The space was as advertised with minor details taken care of. I have never used VRBO before, and didn’t know what to expect. I’m glad it was a positive experience.

good stay

great apartment, bedroom is NOT separated from living room lounge area. Parking is not easy peasy but there are spots within a block or 2 no worries. Noise from people staying in unit above this one can a bit jarring, especially if you are on different schedules, we worked it out no problem. Decent pizza and latin food just around the corner.

Comfortable and Functional

This basement apartment has everything you need and is a short walk from grocery stores. There is a full kitchen and the bed is very comfortable. The cost is quite reasonable for the area but be prepared for a 20+ minute walk to the train station if you don't have a car. The immediate neighborhood is great and has plenty of take-out options, a liquor store, fresh produce, etc. Solo female travelers on foot should remain aware if walking to & from the train station at night.

Beautiful and clean

This place was a wonderful stay. Very clean and well kept. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because parking for this unit was very difficult. At times we had to park blocks away. If you are over 5’11 the ceiling height will be an issue.

Quite Getaway

I just want to says is I had the best stay here. A quiet little staycation for my partner and I. Everything was beyond amazing. Better than some hotels I must say. Everything you needed was provided down to slippers. Thank you so much for providing this. It's in a perfect location if you don't drive and a few supermarkets very close by. I would love to stay again! Highly recommend. Literally no complaints. 👏🏾👍🏾
