“It is a great location, but I will say this particular condo doesn’t offer much more for the price. It is extremely outdated, dirty, reeks of smoke from the wood burning fire place (and not the normal smell, but clearly someone has used it incorrectly). Towels were dirty, the carpet is in need of replacing (it looks like the carpet color is “stained”), the counters in the kitchen are peeling, and it was just overall dirty and unkempt.
