The dining table seats up to 4 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Stanley. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is one bathroom in the house. The bathroom which is equipped with a bath tub with an overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.
All Stay With Us Short Term lets benefit from enhanced cleaning with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens.

Guest Access:
We operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please.
The guests will find lock boxes securely mounted on the wall next to the front door. The specific code for the lock box will be provided on the day of arrival, allowing for a smooth and hassle-free check-in process.

Getting Around:
Getting around Mitchell Street (DH9 7BE) is simple and convenient: several local bus stops are just a few minutes’ walk away, providing regular services to Stanley town centre, Durham, Consett, and Chester-le-Street, while the A693 and A1 are easily accessible for those travelling by car. Most everyday amenities—including shops, takeaways, and cafés—can be reached on foot, and taxi services are readily available for quick trips further afield. The area is compact and easy to navigate, making it hassle-free for guests whether they’re exploring the region or just running local errands.
Other Things to Note:
We operate on a self check-in/out basis, allowing you to come and go freely once checked in.
Our guest support hours are from 7am to 12 midnight.
The key is in the lockbox just by the property door.
