「Very clean cottage with a prefect view of Seneca Lake. The cottage is about 4 miles from Hobart and William Smith College. The only negative is the showers don’t have grab bars and the steps are tricky for those with mobility issues. There was one other oddity with the mirror over the bathroom sink. Many will need a step stool to be able to use it since it is very high up on the wall. Otherwise, perfect!」

「We were in town for one night for dinner and drinks with friends. We wanted to be within walking distance from a few restaurants and this place was perfect. Easy check-in process. Place was very clean and roomy for our party of 6 adults. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which had additional beds in them, if you were sharing the space with a couple of families that had children. We would definitely book here again!」

「We had a GREAT night at the property. So comfy and welcoming. Quiet and within walking distance to some good restaurants… one comment or suggestion might be to laminate some instructions and place near some of the appliances. We did not know that they would be in the binder on the table and had to bother the host. Otherwise - we had a group of 6 girls for a fun weekend and everyone was very satisfied with their stay. 「We so much enjoyed our two night's stay at Rainey and Jeff's campground and can't wait to return. Upon arrival, Rainey showed us around the campground, led us to our adorably decorated yurt and invited us to join the campfire later that evening for gourmet smores.
