「The property is not as described. It is listed as an Apartment when in actual fact it is a room within a shared house. The room is tired, requiring redecoration, the kitchen was dirty and in need of a full renovation. The shared bathroom for the complete property was terrible, with massive cracks, gaps and mould. Outside, there is no off-street parking, we had to park on a side street a few hundred yards away. There was lots of rubbish and old rotten doors in the front yard! I would describe...

「We booked for two nights at this cottage but unfortunately, our experience was so bad that we left after the first night and went home. After we eventually found the property (signage and directions were not great) we found it unlocked with no key. There was one electric heater in the living room but otherwise the central heating did not work and it was a chilly evening. The thermostat did not rise above 16 degrees. The hot water at the sink was barely lukewarm so we didn’t even attempt a...
