"I didn't get an opportunity to eat at the highly rated restaurant on premise, but the Ambiance of the restaurant, the sitting room, and other sitting areas on the ground level were sensual and inviting. The bed was very comfortable, and the towels were quality. I did not love the small seemingly not completely full shampoo and soap amenities, but they did provide them. There's also a great little coffee shop on premise. I loved the art & vibe throughout the hotel. The desk person who checked me in on my very late arrival was very helpful and informative about the area, also. While they do offer valet parking, there is a parking garage connected to the hotel, and plenty of streetside parking meter spots within a multi-block range. Speaking of the range, there are all kinds of fun, artsy, quirky restaurants and bars very near the hotel. Additionally, there are historic and museum opportunities nearby. I definitely look forward to staying there again in September and having time to enjoy the restaurant. "

"Front desk was very helpful. We were pulling a travel trailer on across multiple states and stop here as a halfway point. Once we arrived in the town our truck started acting up and it was Sunday so there were no mechanics available. They allowed us to unhook the trailer on Monday and take care of getting the truck in a shop for repair and organizing someone to come move the trailer out of the hotel parking lot. They were very understanding and patient and it really mattered in that stressful situation. Thank you to all the staff that were so kind!"

"The surrounding area was a not good if you are a single female. I witnessed homelessness, most places are closed and dark, on Dauphin street at night there were some places to eat but getting there on foot alone was not an option, there were also cars that been broken into and the stripped car parts were left on the sidewalk. the only food choices are in the hotel and the consisted of the 1 restaurant and coffee shop that all gets a little old."
