“This was perfect! Our host, Jeanette, was excellent. Clear and timely communication - everything we needed to know. The cabin was super clean, and well stocked. “Great property in awesome location. House was all it said it would be. Plenty of sleeping area, rest area and play area. We were there for a golf getaway so we didn't use any of the water toys, but they were all there if we would have wanted to. Clean and many kitchen items to use for cooking. “We had a three day stay in Phelps. Really nice lakefront home on a gorgeous lake. The house is quite close to several other homes and piers, but none were occupied during our stay. Beautiful lakefront, nice pier, great fire pit. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of quality towels and linens. If you're coming with plans to cook, be sure to bring your own kitchen basics like S/P and cooking oil as there were no staples in the house.
