"Pros: Walkable distance to different food spots (restaurants, fast foods, bakeries), cafes, shopping mall, town square and the fortress. Taxis are also readily available on the streets surround the hotel/restaurant.
Cons: Not huge dealbreakers, but worth noting - The carpet in the room was stained, and there was grime build up around the edges of the shower. Additionally, I was given a heads up that once the restaurant closes and the staff leaves, in case I end up losing or forgetting both of...

The hotel is beautiful. The room we had was truly lovely, an executive suite. Truly worth the extra little amount for the larger room. We lived the shower pressure and could have stayed in it for an hour. The bed was super comfortable.
The parking garage is on the main road with a small blue P sign just before the main square before the pizza place. Easy to miss the first time around as it doesn’t say Ambassador just a P in blue for parking. The staff talked to me on the phone and waited outside for me to make sure I didn’t miss it a 2nd time. Super sweet ladies at check in and check out. Everyone was very helpful. The spa was lovely and I wish I had a couple of free hours to enjoy it rather than a quick walk thru. Enjoy your time in Nis at this hotel!"
