We checked into our room and immediately found bed bugs. This is not a “maybe” — it was obvious and alarming. Took pictures and videos of them crawling on the sheets. When we reported it, the front desk was completely indifferent, offered no real assistance, and refused to contact the General Manager, making it very clear that they were sold out and couldn't do anything because we booked through Expedia, ultimately making us feel like we didn’t matter.I later emailed the GM myself and received a hollow apology that actually insinuated the bed bugs may have come in with guests, which is an unacceptable and insulting response from a hotel responsible for sanitation and pest control.
Between the health risk, the dismissive front desk, and management that deflects blame instead of taking responsibility, this property shows a complete failure in guest safety and customer service. Booking through Expedia should not mean being treated as disposable.Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
