「The description and photos are exactly as the property looks. This is a great little Lake-house. It’s quite literally on the lake: the entire back half of the house sits over the water. The dock is beautiful and very well equipped. Best of all: this house has its own little mini boat ramp: which was just wide enough to launch 2 personal watercraft. This is significant because Kingsley lake does not have a public boat ramp. The house itself was clean, cozy, and more spacious than I had imagined....

We loved the location as we could walk to two grocery stores, multiple restaurants and shops and even the post office. The hosts, Alex and Karen, were extremely responsive and helpful. 「What an amazing rental! Best we have stayed in thus far. Clean, well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was amazing, couldn’t keep kids out of it-largest we have seen. If you want a comfortable and safe stay, this rental is great. We visited Jeremiah’s ice almost every night. Beaches easy to get to with ~40 min drive. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.」

「Six of us stayed here while we were visiting the area for a family reunion. The location was nice and central, between the reunion location in Fleming Island and the tourist spots in and around Jacksonville. Not too far from St. Augustine and just over an hour to Amelia Island. The house was spacious and the perfect size for our group. The pool was great, especially during the hot week. The property was maintained well. Overall, we had a very nice visit!」

No problems with check in however my husband forgot to get our Peanut Butter eggs out of the refrigerator when he left. I sure hope someone else was able to enjoy them!
