「Great location for fly fishing the upper section of the West branch of the Delaware. Also, the boat launch is a plus.」

「Great house to unwind and get away from it all」

「This is a quaint house right on the river. The host is great and responds immediately. Unfortunately we had a storm that caused a power outage for 24 hours, but we made the best of it. We would definitely stay there again.」

「What a fantastic place, the Kaplans are gracious and friendly. Never have I stayed in a place like this, so clean, tidy and everything is purpose built. Will be going back soon! Definitely a place that breaks away from the stale air of the motels and hotels. So happy I took the chance. 」

「Great stay! Andy is a great host. 」

「Everything was perfect. Especially the the king bed. We used the Kayaks, the grill, the fire pit ( which was restocked the next day) the redneck game, and the bar across the "lane". The lake and bar are sooo close. Which was great!」

「Our 14th or 15th stay here. It's nice to see the improvements that Jim the owner is making. New carpet and tile in the living area were welcome improvements. We normally come during the cooler months and have never needed to use the A/C but it was HOT during our visit and the A/C was wonderful. Fishing was good, weather was the best we've had. Always great to explore and find new places in the area」

「Was perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband and son. Fishing right next to the cabin was just a dream ! The water was beautiful. The cabin is beautiful and clean. Rachel was so sweet and easy to contact. Besides the cabin being very close to a main highway ( more campfire noise issue than safety) it was a perfect weekend and we will be back ! 」

「Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. 「House is very private and set back from the road. It has a unique design. Teens loved the loft. It’s definitely a work in progress but it’s adequate for a small group who just wants to ski and have a place nearby to sleep and eat. 」

「Scott & Ann were both super communicative. All pictures matched the property, and our stay was perfect. With the snow over the weekend, Scott was nice enough to plow the driveway for us on the Sunday morning. Everything was great! We used the firepit, the sleds, the pool table.
