「Excellent and well equipped rental. Clean (except for coffee pot). Quiet neighborhood. Everything worked fine. Convenient access to local shopping and restaurants and a short, 20 minute drive, to Richmond Speedway. 」

The backyard is such an awesome surprise with a pergola, outside dining, fire pit and outdoor furniture. You will truly feel like you are staying in a home and not a rental. Two adults and one pup-child enjoyed every minute of our wonderful stay!」

「This is a lovely property. The owner was very nice, and definitely wanted us to have everything we needed. The neighborhood was first class, and close to anything that you could ever want to eat, or to shop.」

「We love the place! We took my dog and we just loved the backyard to take the dog out. It is very spacious!The house had a very cute decoration and spacious for a family. The owner of the house was so helpful with everything! 」

「We needed a place close to my grandchildren, and this home did not disappoint. Very clean, with plenty of room inside and outdoors to host a family day and barbecue. Also, you do not feel like a renter, but as a guest. Shampoo, conditioner, body cream, toothpaste surprisingly provided! The owners are gracious and always available, if needed. We would love to make this rental our home away from home when visiting.」

「The house is clean and has plenty of room for us and the new back yard fence is wonderfull. Hugo (dog) loves the big back yard with sun and shaded areas from the big oak trees. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing wit anything you want right around the corner or a short drive.」

「Great communication from owner! This is a lovely older home in a quiet neighborhood. The front fenced yard was perfect for our dog and the home's interior was super clean and inviting. We had 2 vehicles and were able to find street parking easily in front of home. We ate at the Mexican restaurant that was very close by (Amigos) and it was delicious. Also, very close to a Target & Kroger along with many other shops. I would definitely stay at this home again!」

「One of the best equipped kitchens in a rental house we have ever stayed in. The house is not close to a lot so a lot of driving is necessary if you want to see things beyond the property, we didnt mind though. We welcomed the quiet and silence for the week. We loved that our furry baby was allowed to come with. The outdoor spotlights did not do anything to provide light at night, that was our one complaint. Also that the pool light didnt work so we couldnt be in the wonderful pool after dark....
