everything very old,and according to our reservation,they should charge our property fee for $114 for two rooms and two nights,but they charged us $134,we have nowhere to go to find any staff to make adjustment as all checking has to be done by machine,do not recommend.

HI Yuan. There is staff that at our kiosk all day and staff at our Front Desk 24/7. The math looks right to me. The resort fee is $28.50 plus the county tax of $5 comes out to $33.50. That $33.50 times 4 (2 rooms 2 nights each) comes out to $134.

There was an awful stale smell in the room. Thankfully I only was there overnight but would not stay there again.

My room was really small, dust everywhere. Bathroom was duty with blood in the door. Gum in the wall, bed sheet duty and itchy. Really bad experience.

There was some nightclub playing on or around the 9th floor of our tower. They played loud and nonstop from 10p-3am all weekend. Made it impossible to sleep ALL NIGHT! Never again will I stay at Harvey's!!! ~Robert Greenlee Robert@robertgreenlee.com

The rooms are outdated. Not enough plugs to plug in stuff. Our sink kept clogging up. The bathroom was warped. Tv extremely old. No microwave and fridge. You pay alot for nothing. Got a message saying no maid service. We had to throw out our own trash. No happy. When I expressed my concerns to front desk they blew me off and were sarcastic.

The property is dated, but the beds were comfortable. The gambling is hit or miss…as with any casino. Hells Kitchen was fantastic and can’t wait for Vanderpumps new restaurant!

Given 4th floor, outside view had cigarette butts, dirty pillow, pacifier, thrown out onto the roof, right outside our room. Toilet constantly made noise. Heard dog parking in another room. Heard loud talk in hallway and next room. Parking fee?? Outrageous.

My room was supposed to be nonsmoking but it smelled like an ashtray. When I asked to be moved to a different room they told me I would have to pay 40 extra a night for an upgrade. There are so many fees, I ended up spending 250 just in fees. The room was dirty and in need of serious upgrading. There wasn’t even anywhere to plug in a usb cord and the phone charging cord they provided did not work. It was gross. Bed was also very hard.

What sold me about this place was the views we paid for $500ish after fees, and the roof top pool. Unfortunately outer view was covered by the trees and most of our site was the back parking lot. The rooftop pool was not working, we were told to go next door to the other pool at Harrahs, which was by no means the equivalent. We spent an hour figuring that out. Overall it wasn’t what we had hoped for when we booked and I wouldn’t recommend anyone booking the suite with a “view”

Property is ok, little old and aging. Unfortunately at time of stay (Sat 4/13) there was a really bad smell in casino near Harrah's walkway from reported water leak.

Room review, the rooms are outdated and not all of the appliances worked properly. The Air flow did not work on the proper setting. The mattress was extremely old and lumpy and the fridge did not work at all. I’m not sure what’s happening in Lake Tahoe but the casinos heating system was set on boiling. Even members of the staff mentioned to me that it’s way too hot to work in there. You can feel the heat smack you right in the face from the moment you walk to the casino floor. We enjoy gambling and being in a comfortable area and this place was NOT. I would recommend the hotel across, this is not a good place to stay

They put me in a smoking room when i did not order it and didnt do anything when i checked in. I called front desk and they put me in a better room. Elevators are in poor working order. My carpets had white stains on them. Loud in the hallways . Wont be back.

This hotel is an absolute mess. We did stay in the older side of the hotel, but it still is dark, dingy, smelly from cigarettes, casino is best and filled with smoke… the room is tiny, lumpy bead, phone to front desk was dead, on the positive side, although the bathroom was totally dated is was very clean. I would not return. There are too many alternatives in Tahoe. It is somewhat convenient but so are tons of others. The place really should be torn down. At least the original building.
