「Overall we really enjoyed our stay however there was a few cons I wanted to list out in hopes the owner will take these into consideration in the future. Cons: the curb appeal of this property could definitley use some upgrades. Pulling up to the house threw us off a little and we instantly started to stress about what the inside would look like. 「This was a family gathering to celebrate a birthday and have a reunion. The house is very roomy and perfect for such a gathering. The owners have clearly thought of everything. The house is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, the towels are oversized and plush, etc. We had a great time and highly recommend this house.」

「We stayed here as a chance to be in the snow and not at the prices of Tahoe. It was a great choice. The house was beautiful and perfect size for the 4 of us (2 adults, 7 and a 3 year old). The back yard was great for the kids to play in the snow, and there was lots of space inside to feel comfortable. We would love to stay here again.」

「Good location, hiking trail right next door, close to Stateline. There was a slight hiccup with an amenity but the property manager was quick to respond and fix. Would stay here again!」

「No functional WiFi or TV for 4 days. Made it hard to get things done on my laptop for work and left limited options at night for entertainment. The many large stains on the carpeting that looked 15 to 20 years old was also a turnoff.」

「Perfect mountain getaway. This town home appears to be in the process of being refurbished with nice features in kitchen and both bathrooms. Next on the list might be new window treatments and clearing out an abundance of personal possessions, but absolutely no complaints as the advantages by far outweighed the disadvantages. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!」

「Overall a great stay with some friends during the 8 foot snow blizzard this past season. Other than a ton of shoveling, even with the hired crews (hard to keep up), we had a great time. Loved the pool table and large kitchen, and of course the hot tub as well. Nice indoor garage parking available was key during the storm.」
