The Magnolia Suite is located in Newtown, just a couple minute walk from the iconic East Beverley street in Downtown Staunton, which is filled with local restaurants, bars, shops, museums and more! This unit is a studio apartment featuring a living area, queen bed, kitchenette and private bathroom.
Please note that this is a studio and bedroom, living, and kitchenette spaces are all open to each other:
LIVING - Couch, coffee table, and smart TV.
BEDROOM - Queen bed, side tables with lamps, and full length mirror.
KITCHENETTE - Sink, fridge, microwave, Keurig, toaster oven, hot plate, and tea kettle (NOTE: there is NO oven or dishwasher, but we do have a toaster oven/hot plate combo).
BATHROOM - Single vanity, walk-in shower, toilet, all linens and toiletries (hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner) provided.
Free parking is available for guests in the building's parking lot, right outside the studio door.

Comfortable and convenient
We totally enjoyed our stay. The only glitch was the functionality of the hot plate oven . We were never able to get the burners adequately hot to make tea despite using the directions in the drawer. All else was great.

Wonderful place!!
We LOVE this property. It is perfect for a married couple visiting wonderful ho a toric Staunton and/or Blackfriars (a refular haunt for us). It is top on our list for overnight stays here.

Excellent Accommodations!
I stay in a lot of vacation rentals throughout the US and Canada. The Magnolia Suite in Staunton was the best maintained and cleanest I have every been to.
The owner responded to messages within 3 minutes or so. The suite was well equipped and decorated and had everything needed.
My in-laws live in the area and their house is kinda small. This suite is a great alternative to a hotel. I am very impressed and will be staying there again!
