Thanks for the feedback at reception. Pls be aware that upon investigation after checkout, it would appear that an adult had stood (maybe jumped) on the top bunk and bent one of the metal supporting rails. Changing the beds does not usually involve looking up and inspecting the meta rails, as this is not something we would usually expect - Unfortunate, but beyond our control. These rails have now been re-enforced with thicker steel tube and painted to match. It certainly won’t bend again and you can’t even tell. We appreciate you letting us know and glad you otherwise enjoyed your stay.
