「This property was so perfect. Spacious and very clean. The balcony was a treat and we overlooked the beautiful tress in the park. Everyone was extremely happy with the property. Communication was fantastic too. Would return and recommend to anyone. We also lived the Webber bbq on the balcony and cooked our breakfast on it. 5 stars for this lovely place 」

「We recently stayed at Montain Manor over the weekend and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The standout feature of this property is definitely the amazing views it offers. 「Nice property, lovely little cottage. Nice extras such as the robes, appreciated as it was cold weather. Fire was great and had back up heating with the split system. 「Was amazing. Stayed in cabin 2. We had beautiful views of the vineyard. This place had everything and more. Lyn and John have created a perfect place to relax. The place is filled with personal items. Information of the area. They have thought of everything. Only 5 minutes into the centre of Healsville. A lovely walk along the creek on the property. Option to feed the Alpacas that live in the property. 100% recommend and we will certainly be back. 」

Lack of staff and confusing driveway
"Lack of staff at reception for check-in. I checked in and being asked to obtain a credit card, when I am getting in, someone come to ask to solve a problem. I have been waiting patiently for few mins but not solved yet. And I drive the car out to wander around the site for another 20 mins and return. The staff is still talking to that person to solve the problem. I don’t want to be rude but I spent more than enough time in waiting for someone to cut me out and finish the check in finally at 8pm. The restaurant around closed at 9pm. I bring my kids and finally can’t go anywhere for dinner. The staff compensate for a garden view room and complimentary drinks but it is night time, any view did not create any difference and I didn’t use the drink coupon as well because we are busy to settle down with kids. "
