「The reception have problem to check in. Not professional and get the wrong source and get confuse himself many times even told and written to the reception of order numbers.The WiFi and facility does not explain on reception, only told customers to pay money on everything. Also confuse of bed sheet price and ask more to pay right away. Not friendly, not professional. The emergency exit may need to consider!!!!!」

「A nice place to stay. It took us some time to find the hostel. The lobby is dated.but the staffs are friendly and glad to help. The room is clean and spacious,the best part is its laundry room. in addition, there is a bus stop near the hostel,very convenient. 」

「It's a trouble experience. This hotel set up a scam for every customer. We are forced to pay the extra cost for bad sheet. More importantly, the hotel do not admin our payment online and ask us to pay it again. The attitude of the owner is extremely disrespectful. He ticked other costumers out of the hotel who ask too much questions on the extra cost even they paid the money online to confirm the room already. I lose my confidence on this website already. How can such a bad hotel allowed to do...

「We had never stayed at a hostel before, but had a very positive experience. We did have to share the bathroom with 6 other people, but that is the nature of this type of facility. We were able to do our laundry there and enjoyed the room that we were able to stay in. 」

「Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren in einem älteren Gebäudeteil untergebracht. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht besonders geräumig, jedoch insgesamt völlig ausreichend und vor allem sauber.」

「Ich weiß nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Mein Aufenthalt fing schon nicht sonderlich gut. Man bekommt einen PIN für die Schlüsselbox, welcher aber auf sich warten lassen hat. Klar es ist eine Unterkunft mit Selbst Check-In, daher hat man auch kein Personal in sofortiger greifbarer näher. Man hat jedeglich eine Telefonnummer bei der man sich melden kann, was allerdings auch erst ein paar Anläufe gebraucht hat. Nachdem ich dann Eingecheckt habe, ging es auf die Suche der Parkmöglichkeit. Einige Runden...

「We had a great stay. The apartment is beautiful and has been designed and equipped with love. The sauna and Whirlpool are amazing and made for a great winter weekend. We felt very welcome and Basti even gave us a ride to the bakery in the next village when we found ourselves without a car and with the only bakery within walking distance closed. The hosts are super friendly and help out their guests where they can. Hopefully we can come back but we will certainly remember our stay in this...

Auch unsere Hündin war hier herzlich willkommen.」
