Fint hotel og venligt personale. God restaurant. Mit vÊrelse havde en alt for hÄrd og elendig seng med slatne hovedpuder. Temperaturen pÄ vÊrelset kunne ikke indstilles ordentligt, sÄ velkommen til 25 grader. VÊrelset lÄ samtidig lige op til elevatoren, som tydeligt kunne hÞres.

Il parco intorno Ăš davvero bello. Hotel molto bello, ancora fa la sua figura ma secondo me necessita di qualche ritocco per stare al passo coi tempi. Le camere soprattutto. Ristorante a cena veramente buono, molto ricercato e materie prime top. Colazione molto buona e varia soprattutto le confetture. Pranzo con menĂč a lĂ  carte o bar menĂč con cose leggere tipo avocado toast e cesar salad. Alfonso e Emiliano in sala sanno il fatto loro cosĂŹ come Matteo e Giulia alla reception. Le piscine sono 3, una esterna bella grande e due interne piĂč piccole. Molteplici gli idromassaggi sparsi in giro. Acqua termale clorata. Bambini under 12 solo in family pool o piscina esterna. Sono stato con bambina di 11 mesi e abbiamo passato veramente bei momenti. Pappa preparata dallo chef con i nostri omogeneizzati ma se si vuole basta comunicare alla mattina a Alfonso e Emiliano e la soluzione Ăš pronta. Grazie e a presto.

Da un Hotel 4stelle superior ci aspettavamo sicuramente di piĂč.. Il personale alla reception, sia in fase di check in che di check out Ăš stato impeccabile, cortese professionale e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Gli esterni sono curati e l'ampio ingresso si presenta molto bene. La camera era veramente spaziosa, ma mancavano delle attenzioni al cliente come un bollitore con set di thĂš infusi e caffĂš, che solitamente si trovano anche in strutture con la metĂ  delle stelle. Sauna e bagno turco decisamente piccoli per le dimensioni della struttura e abbiamo trovato l'acqua della piscina leggermente fredda per uscire all'aperto a fine dicembre. Colazione con ampia scelta ed ottimi prodotti, ma purtroppo poca per non dire inesistente la frutta. Troppo scomodo il servizio al tavolo per le bevande calde, con tempi d'attesa un po' lunghi, quindi caffĂš freddo, ed il dover continuamente chiedere qualcosa per chi come noi Ăš abituato a bere 3 caffĂš..

immerso in un bel parco

Albergo immerso nel verde di un bel parco. Camera spaziosa e funzionale. A parte un problema di ventole del termosifone nella prima notte, risolto la seconda notte, nel complesso, merita il soggiorno. Molto bella la piscina interna ed esterna. Colazione davvero squisita.

Esperienza "Altalenante", la struttura Ăš molto belle e pulitissima, camere ampie e l'area bimbi e il parco esterno sono ottimi. Detto questo ho trovato anche aspetti negativi, in camera niente lettino per la Bambina di quasi 4 anni, io capisco che fino a una certa etĂ  siano gratis, ma non mi Ăš mai capitato di dover chiedere una culla, tra l'altro piccola per la sua etĂ , dovendola pagare.... Altro aspetto negativo la parte ristorazione, partendo da una colazione poco piĂč che discreta ma sicuramente con un'impronta poco "wellness" per finire con il ristorante, che abbiamo utilizzato solo una volta a pranzo vista la pessima qualitĂ  del cibo, abbiamo mangiato i pizzoccheri peggiori della nostra vita, neanche quelli surgelati sono cosĂŹ terribili.....

Cure e non solo

Vado a Comano per curare la psoriasi ma il soggiorno al Grand Hotel Terme , nonostante quest'anno non fosse terminata la nuova piscina esterna/interna e l'esterna salina, ho goduto del servizio terme interno all'hotel e dell'ottima cucina. Spero il prossimo anno di potere godere ancora della piscina esterna salina come l'anno passato.

Buon albergo con terme private (un must!)

Buona sistemazione in ambiente splendido. Mi Ăš stata assegnata una camera che poteva essere comunicante con quella adiacente; di conseguenza il confort Ăš stato minore per la presenza della porta che non era insonorizzata e faceva filtrare molto i rumori dell'altra camera. Ristorante di livello con porzioni ridotte al minimo

Bellissima struttura con Spa e terme interne.

Soggiorno a scopo di relax, cura e "ricarica delle batterie". Piccola osservazione sull'organizzazione del ristorante, che Ăš migliorabile. Ampia offerta di trattamenti, anche fisioterapeutici, effettuati da veri professionisti. Una struttura di alto livello. Molto soddisfatti.
