This modern furnished apartment is located in Michaelsbuch. The historic center of Deggendorf can be reached by car from the accommodation in a few minutes and offers many facilities.

This beautiful apartment has just been completely refurbished in grand style. The furnishings feature stylish details and everything is very modern.

With 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed, this great apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. You can really make yourself comfortable in the cozy box spring beds.

In the large living/dining area you can start the morning with a delicious coffee and have a great view of the mountains of the Bavarian Forest National Park. Here you can also cook together after an eventful day and then have a delicious meal at the large dining table.

In front of the large TV in the living area can then spend a relaxing evenings (Netflix only with your own account).

The bathroom offers a shower, a bathtub and a washer-dryer. With daylight, you can get ready for the day in the morning or take a relaxing bath in the evening.

In summer, you can explore the surroundings. It is only a few minutes to the Isar and the Danube. There are also many lakes in the immediate vicinity and shopping can be done in Plattling.

The highway connection to Munich, Dingolfing, Lande, Passau or Regensburg could not be better.

The leisure pool Elypso is only a few minutes away by car. From the train station Plattling you can take the train perfectly in all directions.

This modern and stylish accommodation includes 1 free parking space directly at the house and there are more free parking spaces on the street.

The entire apartment is at your disposal. You should feel at home here and enjoy a great stay. That is why we have furnished the apartment so modern and thoughtful for you.

We will not be there in person, but we are always available by phone.

The apartment is quietly located in the village of Michaelsbuch. From the apartment you have a great view of the church and the mountains of the Bavarian Forest. In 5 minutes you are on the highway A92 and in Plattling.

In the near vicinity you will find several bathing lakes, the year-round bath Elypso, the Isar and the Danube. Shopping is perfect in Plattling.

If you have any questions we are always at your disposal. Also tips for excursions, restaurants and coffees we give you very gladly.
Please note that the flat entrance door is monitored from the outside by a camera.
House rules
Booking a reservation is accompanied by the agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund.
1. check-in is from 16:00, check-out is no later than 11:00. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed upon check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. guests are not allowed to make reservations within their residence. Please contact us if you would like to book in your own residence.
3. smoking, parties and excessive noise are not allowed, even in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
4. commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. guests whose number exceeds that indicated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
6. animals are not allowed. Violations of our animal policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
7. guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remotes or parking passes.
8. noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
9. guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.
10. it is forbidden to provide services in the apartment. This includes those related to prostitution or the like. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the contract, with no right to reimbursement for the remaining nights.
11. it is forbidden to let external persons, who are not registered, into the apartment.
COVID-19 SUPPLEMENTS
12. guests are required to wear mouth-to-nose coverings in public areas (hallways, stairwells) as well as entrance areas. A minimum distance of 1.5m from other persons is to be maintained in these areas.
Guests are not allowed to stay in or enter the flats or buildings if they have had contact with a person infected with COVID-19 within the last 14 days or if they show symptoms of a respiratory disease or fever. If symptoms occur during the stay, guests must immediately contact our customer service by telephone.
14. flats may only be occupied by guests to whom the official contact restrictions do not apply.
15. booking a reservation is accompanied by the agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund.
