We stayed 3 nights in May. The humidity level was so high in our room that our sheets, clothes and everything felt wet. Made for horrible sleeping conditions. I informed the night desk clerk upon checkout but did not feel like our complaint was heard or taken serious. For the price we paid I expected a more comfortable stay. Disappointed and would not go back.

The doors don’t have springs to slow them down so starting at 6 am slamming doors could be heard through the property. The waffles were good but the eggs, were dreadful, the sausage was sausage flavored rubber, the bacon was slightly undercooked and tasteless. The coffee was good and the choices of cold cereal and oatmeal were good.

I was put into a room that I did not request. I needed a 2 beds and was put in a room with one bed. I was told there was nothing they could and had to sleep 3 people in one bed.

Nice hotel with nice staff. My only complaint was that the hot and cold water were backwards in the bathroom sink. Hot should be to the left and cold should be to the right. It was the other way around. I wondered why it took a while for the water to heat up, and then I realized why

We have stayed here before so we rebooked for when we moved our daughter into her dorm. When we arrived, there was a strong fishy smell outside, not sure where it was coming from. The TV didn’t work in our room and the water wouldn’t get hot so my fiancé took a cold shower. I was woken up to the cleaning crew in the hall playing loud music and talking loudly to each other down the hall. None of these things were an issue when we came in July, so maybe it was a one off, but overall it wasn’t a great experience.

Had a alert from my credit union that a charge was put on my debit card that was not even being used We booked our room thru Expedia using a credit card Was told that the charge was cancelled and will be put back my debit card No real reason was given why it happened
