「Everything from the home itself to the responsiveness of the property owner was 5 stars! I would give 6 stars if able. The Silver Salmon Lodge is the perfect space for an Alaskan get away. The home was clean and cozy. It is close to anything you need in Sterling/Soldotna and a perfect midpoint if you are trying to enjoy Homer and Seward. The freezer was a big plus for keeping our fish frozen from the beginning to the end of the trip. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Alaska!」

「Our group of 4 fishermen had a fantastic week long stay in the Eagles Nest. Our group returns year after year because Ron and Katia are fantastic hosts who make sure we have everything we need and treat us as treasured guests. The property is beautiful and right on the river with fantastic views. Beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. Best of all is the fabulous gazebo with the best fire pit in Alaska! Highly recommended.」
