It was well stocked with everything we needed, including coffee, cups, and plates, and the towels and linens were soft and cozy. The game room was a huge hit with both the kids and adults, keeping everyone entertained. The hosts were fantastic and quick to respond to any questions I had. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!”

“We were looking for a comfortable place to spend time while exploring around the Finger Lakes region - and this was just the place. The location allowed us to easily travel to various wineries, restaurants, and sites around the area. Nothing is walkable, but the drive was easy. We spent an entire afternoon/evening just hanging out on the front porch enjoying the clear sky, beautiful weather, and quiet neighborhood. Each room was equipped with an air conditioner, so we all slept comfortably. ……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this remote location, although not long enough. It was convenient to Ives Run, where our reunion was held. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the living room area with the huge windows. The property was amazing, although the muddy areas prevented our morning hike. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Nice place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful views. House is well stocked, beds are comfortable. Nice touch with a spotting scope to see the wildlife out back. Only complaints are, the upstairs gets really hot! The house has AC but it either doesn’t work in the bedrooms upstairs or something is wrong with it. There are window fans up there so apparently it’s a known issue. The house sits directly on the main road, so there is a lot of truck traffic/noise. The listing led me to……
