"Friendly and helpful staff. Our hotel Room had hole in carpet. Hotel was clean. Very very disappointed that the pool heater was not working. We had our grandchildren with us we were not able to swim. Pool was freezing. Our grand kids were so disappointed. We bought new swim masks, snorkels, and pool toys they could not use. "

"Loved the free breakfast. The room was nice and clean. I was a little cold in the room, but I was told the heat was turned off because it was May."

"Construction going on- dust and dirt everywhere. And the renovations that were done where extremely sloppy. Bathroom was not very clean. Looked liked everything was just wiped down with a dirty rag."

"We always stay here when we are in Stevens Point. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property is a bit older, but it's very clean. It has been updated and we felt very safe there. The breakfast was the usual, waffles, cereal, danish, etc, and most importantly - the coffee was really good! There are plenty of options close by for food, from fast food to pubs and restaurants. Also dog friendly!"
