It also had a few cost reducing pieces that ranked it down a notch for me (one ply toilet paper and paper towels, super thin cloth towels). “My friends and I wanted a quite little get-away and that is exactly what we got! There is a little bit of road noise, but we were able to ignore it for the most part. The house was prefect and we spent most of our time outside on the patio. The fire table is great and the hot tub was nice to relax in. “We spent four nights in this great home. It's in a nice location on a very quiet cul-de-sac. Close to day hiking trails and Gualala for restaurants. Home was very well equiped - we cooked several meals without finding any missing household items. Hot tub works great...which is sometimes a rarity in rental homes.
