This hotel was a pleasant surprise, it exceeded the best expectations. Really excellent. Quiet location just outside the city, fantastic location and facility, very nice room, friendly staff and great breakfast. I will definitely overnight here again during the next trip in that region.

Charming hotel, and has a nice view from the top hill looking down. No issues staying and my room came w/ a balcony which was a big perk. Staff members are friendly and the morning breakfast was quite good. It was a hot day in Steyr reaching near 27-29c, and the room stayed warm till evening. Having balcony worked well, I stayed out in balcony often where gentle breeze was very enjoyable. But I can see anything above 27c, you may need some patience till the room cools down in the evening. The price was right for the room and the service was good. The check in time starts at 2pm which is a bonus. There is a church located right next to the hotel, worth checking out. Free parking is offered, but the area is about 100 meters away. There is paid parking spots in front of hotel, you can park up to 1hour free which works out for checking in and unloading your luggages. I parked my car for 20min in the paid lot and ended up moving it to a remote lot. No issues. I’d stay again.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location in a quiet spot outside town - you need a car to get around. Nice rooms with balcony overlooking the valley. Limited restaurant menu - staff could be more welcoming

Schönes gepflegtes Hotel mit gutem Service

Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt. Hotel mussten wir etwas suchen. Es liegt ein bisschen versteckt, dafür aber sehr ruhig und hat ein charmantes Ambiente. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und die Betten super. Auch das Frühstück war Klasse. Wir würden sicher wieder hier absteigen.

Es war ein super tolles Hotel freundliches Personal, zur begrüsung gab es Champagner .Man konnte die Felsen Sauna kostenlos nutzen spwie den Wihrpooll die ganze Nacht nutzen da gab es zu trinken und Snacks Musik kann man nach seinen Wünschen wählen also nur Top ,das beste Hotel was wir bisher hatten. Frühstück wahr absolute Spitzenklasse ich kann nur sagen wir kommen definitiv wieder

Das Hotel macht einen sauberen Eindruck, wir wurden auch sehr freundlich empfangen. Man merkt aber an der ein oder anderen Stelle das dem Haus ein neuer Anstrich gut tun würde. Nach dem zapfen der Milch am Morgen, schwamm eine tote Fliege auf der Oberfläche, die wohl schon vorher in der "sauberen" Tasse verweilte. Da leider sämtliche Mitarbeiter mit anderen Dingen beschäftigt waren, wurde die Tasse auf den Tresen gestellt und bis nach dem Frühstück hatte diese vom abwesenden Personal noch niemand wahr genommen, sehr schade das man den Gästen keine Aufmerksamkeit schenkt. Das man während der Frühstückszeit die angrenzende Terrasse sauber macht, ist leider auch störend und nicht passend. Das gemütliche Bett, hat die nötige erholung geschenkt, aber einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich hier nicht einplanen

Hotelleistung hat sich erheblich verschlechtert.

Ich habe das Hotel gewählt, da ich bis vor ca. 3 Jahren regelmäßig in Steyr war und mit dem Hotel immer sehr zufrieden war. Allerdings hat sich die Leistung seit her wesentlich verschlechtert! Das Bad im Zimmer richt stark nach Urin und selbst bei geschlossener Badtür, hat man das im ganzen Zimmer gerochen. Die schlechte Sauberkeit und der Zustand zieht sich durch das ganze Haus. Wir haben am gleichen Tisch zu Abend gegessen und gefrühstückt - die Brössel und Flecken, die ich selbst am Abend hinterlassen hatte, waren auf dem frisch gedeckten Frühstückstisch noch vorhanden ... bezeichnend für den Gesamtzustand und den Service drum herum ist das Bild der Blume auf dem Tisch. Leider werde ich bei meiner nächsten Reise in diese Gegend nun ein anderes Hotel aufsuchen.
