Einwöchiger Urlaub

Die Wohnung bietet definitiv viel Platz für mehrere Personen und liegt versteckt in einer kleinen Gasse. Die Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Alle nötigen Informationen zum Check-in wurden uns detailliert beschrieben. Die Lage ist ideal um fußläufig die Altstadt zu erkunden. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen unter dem Dach sorgt die Klimanlage für eine angenehme Abkühlung. Negativ müssen wir leider den Punkt "Parkmöglichkeiten" bewerten. In der Beschreibung wird angegeben:"Zu den Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände gehört eine Garage". Das ist nicht korrekt. Auf Nachfrage wurden uns vom Vermieter die umliegenden Parkmöglichkeiten genannt, die allerdings alle kostenpflichtig sind! Als kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit wurde uns ein Parkplatz genannt, welcher ca. 7 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen ist, was sich mit Gepäck usw. oder nach einem größeren Einkauf etwas schwierig gestaltet. So kamen zusätzlich pro Tag 12,80 on top für Parken in einer Tiefgarage. Außerdem kann man am Fernseher kein "normales" Fernsehprogramm (ARD, ZDF, RTL usw.) empfangen. Es ist nur eine TV-App installiert. Schön wäre auch eine Mappe mit Gästeinformationen, die beispielsweise die Mülltrennung bzw. Entsorgung beschreibt. Gesamt betrachtet fehlte uns in der Loft die Liebe und Passion zum Objekt. Für Kurzaufenthalt i. O.

tolle Wohnung in einer sehr charmanten Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist ein Kleinod in einer sehr schönen Altstadt in Österreich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ging schnell und unkompliziert und war freundschaftlich herzlich. Die Tipps rund um Steyr waren viel Wert und aufgrund der sehr zentralen Lage (man kann alles zu Fuss unternehmen), ist es für Menschen welche Cafés, gutes Essen in einer schönen Kulisse mögen der perfekte Aussichtspunkt. Jederzeit kann ich diese Wohnung und auch die Lage mehr als empfehlen.
