"My primary criteria when looking for a hotel in Billings was finding one with good trailer parking access for a U-Haul pulling a car trailer. This location had a very excellent trailer parking section of their parking lot with plenty of room for many many trailers to be parked there. The trailer parking location had good visibility and also had easy access for getting back on to I-90 the next day. The hotel itself was well kept, my room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast, but it was clean and well stocked. Would recommend, especially if you are pulling a trailer."

"I like it that the Toilet is very clean like you wont see any darkening of tiles or anything. I like it that the Refrigerator is big and theres kitchen and dishawashing liquid provided! It would be nice if pans is available as theres stove provides. ☺️ Overall, I would comeback! "

"Well lit parking. Nice staff. Clean room. The motel info/directory said free breakfast is available next door. Staff said new owners discontinued that amenity. The poor desk clerks are getting chewed out over the change."

"Booked a 2 bed room, room 30 minutes to check in (it was not busy) and was given a single bed. Went back to front desk to request the 2 bed we booked, took another 40 minutes. Got a new room, again it was a single bed. Thankfully she processed us again quickly and got into an appropriate room. Not necessarily the desk clerks fault as she was obviously very new. Management needs to ensure proper training before leaving staff alone on shift. Room was basic, clean but dated. Also requested room with bathtub, only had a shower."
