Located in Guardavalle, this cosy holiday home has 1 bedroom for a couple. The home features a furnished terrace, from where you can enjoy unobstructed views of surrounding trees and nature.

The river flows steps away from the home. Enjoy local delicacies at the restaurants, 2 km away. The town centre is at 6 km. Wonderful beaches or the Calabrian mountains are a short drive away from the property.

Thanks to the air-conditioning, you can stay cool even in sultry summers. There is a furnished terrace, where you can enjoy drinks in the company of quiet surroundings. A well-equipped kitchen is at your disposal, so that you can cook or heat your meals as you wish. Parking is on-site.

Umgebung und Vermieter waren genau nach unserem Geschmack

Pasquale, der Vermieter, hat uns in seiner sehr natürlichen und herzlichen Art während der gesamten Zeit unaufdringlich und dennoch präsent betreut. Nur gut 1 km entfernt, in der Villa Vittoria sind wir von seiner Mutter, Donna Vittoria, prima bekocht worden, wenn wir das wollten und das Ambiente auf der halbüberdachten Terrasse unter der alten, riesigen Pinie ist nicht beschreibbar, sondern nur erlebbar. Wer also Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit, Herzlichkeit und landschaftliches Idyll zwischen Citrus- und Olivenhainen sucht, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Hubert & Christianna.
