Great location, wonderful spaces for families!

Had a great time with a wide range of family from grandparents, to teens and kids. Close to town (walkable), and outdoor spaces at the house were great for lounging -- eating, and playing. We particularly liked the ping pong table, hot tub and well-stocked game/ puzzle cabinet.

Warm & wonderful home & location!

Simply one of the best VRBO homes we have ever enjoyed! Both the location and amenities to be found inside and outside were outstanding. There’s lots of room to enjoy curling up alone with a good book, for sharing time with friends/family on various outdoor patios or in the many warm and inviting rooms inside the home.

Wonderful home close to the sand on a quiet street

We loved this house. It was perfect for two families with kids and in addition to being super close to the beach, had at home entertainment (ping pong table and hot tub) for the kids on the cloudy days. The outdoor space is very comfortable to hang out and the indoors was big enough to handle all of us too. The beds were very comfortable as well, which is always a plus. We would stay here again.

Felt like home at the beach

My family had a small reunion at this house. The kitchen was well equiped even for our large group. Every bed was comfortable. It can get cold at the beach and the gas fireplace was perfect. Lots of recliners was a big plus! Then the beach was 3 houses down so no driving. We were even close enough to walk to go ear out, but the neighborhood was quiet and safe. So many seating areas, everyone was comfortable. We loved this place and will return if we can.

This well-maintained property is well suited for semi-large gatherings. In addition to spacious indoor areas, the outdoor kitchen, dining deck, hot tub, hammocks and ping pong table bring it to the next level. We’re hoping to make this an annual tradition.

We have stayed at several houses at Stinson Beach and this is our favorite. Cozy, convenient, well appointed and comfortable and it has plenty of room to socialize both inside and out. I’d like to keep it a secret but the lovely hosts deserve all the kudos.

Family get together

Great location close to downtown and stores. The beach is a couple doors down. Having the ocean breeze and the sound of the surf coming through the screen door at night brings back memories. My family grew up at Stinson Beach and it was the perfect location to have our family reunion. The house was everything we wanted and more thank you.

The house is great and has everything you could want. 2 houses back from the beach, friendly neighbors and in an awesome location. The house is as pictured, comfortable beds, lots of towels and kitchen stuff. Karen was super communicative and responsive both before we arrived and once we were there. Would 100% stay again.

Great for Multi-Generational Vacations!

My husband and I rented this house to stay with our two teens and three grandparents. Everyone had their own space. It was great to have the master suite upstairs, providing extra privacy for my husband and I. There was nice big communal spaces. The outdoor space was lovely but would have benifited from some maintenance. There was a lot of tall grass/weeds. But being so close to the beach it was not a issue. Will definitely keep this on my list for the future!

Family trip for Grandpa's Birthday. Great house. Close to the beach. Everything you would want. The owner is a bit too involved. When I rent a vacation home, I really want no to limited contact with the owner. She didn't answer questions directly - always went off on another tangent. When I asked about early check in, she should have just said it wasn't available rather than string us along keeping us tethered to the property - Waiting. It is a very nice house. Good for a large family gathering. I, personally, did not enjoy the interactions with the owner.

JUST PERFECT!

I wish I could keep this gem a secret, it is such a special home. Every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of (dishes (adult and children), cooking supplies, spices, sharp knives, ample dry food space for guest use, and most importantly SCREENS ON WINDOWS!). This is our second time in this home, and our third or fourth time renting from Karen. The linen quality of the sheets and duvets is impeccable, and the extra supply of garbage bags, zip locks, and laundry detergent is so thoughtful. If you think you forgot something, chances are she has it available. Don't forget to bring all your own beach gear - but the outside shower is the best. We used it all the time! The neighbors are wonderful even if they're England fans....we came during the Euro Cup. Thank you Karen for another wonderful week at the beach, memory making is so easy when we have Calle del Sierra as a home base.
