Had an amazing time. Beach house, views from every angle and plenty different spaces to gather and enjoy the ocean. Too bad we could only stay the weekend.

Wonderful beach weekend

Just got home from our lovely Stinson weekend and boy was it great! What a treat to arrive at a rental where it’s better in person than in the photos! Clean, stylish, comfortable. Stocked kitchen. Cozy fireplace. Awesome a wrap around deck. Quintessential beach house.

Its one of those houses that you need to experience...walk right outside your door into the sand....but careful not to get too much sand in the hot tub.

Family birthday

We had outstanding weather for our long weekend stay. (Three generations even went boogie boarding together one day). We enjoyed the outdoor spaces, the hot tub and the ease of walking to Parkside for coffee and a dinner out. Being right on the beach to watch incredible sunsets and being able to hear the waves crashing from our bedroom made for a perfect stay.

Best location for beach getaway!

We loved the house. Super nice to have upstairs and downstairs separate. Perfect orientation for ocean views and sunlight. I loved being in full view of the ocean vs behind a sand dune. We def would rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was unbeatable!! The house is a bit older so keep that in mind. Slightly slanted, older fixtures and such, but overall it was a good house for a week stay.The outdoor shower was clutch and same with the hot tub. We had a ball there as a family.

Stinson Beach Perfection

The most ideal weekend right on the sand. Breathtaking views from every inch, amazing open floor plan. We can't wait to come back again in the summer months. Place was exactly as described and check-in/check-out was effortless. 10/10 would recommend.

Great view, mediocre property

Great view and location but the house is bare bones and feels older than the photos indicate. Note there’s no heat in the house and the property managers provide electric space heaters (some of which work and some don’t). As others have mentioned, the downstairs is only accessible by outside stairs and is very musty smelling. The kitchen was also bare bones and the TV is older, glad we brought an our Amazon Fire stick. Hot tub was nice. Would not stay again.

Check-in was super easy, the location is walking distance from downtown and accommodations were perfect for our family. Highlights included people and animal watching (spotted whales, dolphins and beach goers with bad sunburns, cheeks out, etc. that made for a good time). The grill is top notch and we also quite enjoyed hott-tubbing! General condition were great for the most part. I will say that it's annoying that these $$$ rentals don't include more beach accommodations such as a sunshade structure or big umbrellas, multiple beach towels, etc. We had to lug a shade structure from over the hill and had to ping the rental company on additional towels. The dishwasher was also janky and the shower wasn't draining right but those seem like easier fixes. Even with the mostly minor inconveniences, we would 100% stay here again, as a great time was had by all!

We loved the beach in Stinson & walked it daily. We spent three weeks at this home, and it was a well-equipped home.The house has divided floors; without inside access, it was mildly inconvenient for us. The lower level had a musky smell; a dehumidifier was provided to help remedy.We had a water heater incident. The property Manager had it replaced the same day once identified. We did not use the hot tube. It was cleaned weekly even though.We would recommend this property.

Reviewer Comments: It's always great to be at Stinson Beach!The house is beautiful but the third day of the High Surf we had to move the guests from the downstairs to the upstairs because of the water seepage, dampness, musty odor, and bugs. It was quite an inconvenience. Is it possible when the cleaning deposit is issued that compensation for 2 nights also be included for the downstairs not being possible to sleep in?I look forward to hearing from you.I would recommend this property to a friend during the Spring.Best Regards,Bev Rubini

We could quickly get to Bolinas for surfing and the Dipsea trail for hikes. Beach walks were great also. The dishwasher and garbage disposal did not work well so there was lots of hand washing. We rotated our washing so it was not too bad. The kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was perfect!
