Boasting character & modern comforts, including a stylish kitchen & dining area, a charming living room with Wi-Fi & Sky TV, a luxurious master bedroom with superking bed, elegant bathroom with walk-in shower & 2 charming bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Located in Allan Park this stunning retreat is perfect for exploring Stirling’s historic sites or relaxing in a peaceful, characterful setting.



Welcome to The Allan Maisonette, a stunning Georgian retreat brimming with history and elegance, nestled in the heart of Stirling. This distinguished 19th Century building, constructed in 1820, offers a harmonious blend of period charm and modern comforts, ensuring a memorable stay for all guests.



Upon arrival, you`ll ascend the five exterior steps up to the inviting entrance of the house, leading you through a foyer. As you make your way up the staircase from the foyer, you`ll find yourself on the first floor, where the main living areas are located.



Living Room:

The living room is a characterful haven, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. It features a mix of comfortable seating options, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and socialising. Modern amenities include Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, which comes with a Sky TV package, allowing you to enjoy your favourite shows and movies in style. The space exudes charm and warmth, making it the ideal spot for cosy evenings with family or friends.



Kitchen and Dining Area:

The kitchen and dining space is a sleek, contemporary area with stunning stained glass windows that overlook Stirling, adding a touch of colour and character. The kitchen is equipped with high-end, modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine to enhance your mornings. The dining area comfortably seats six, with a charming bench seat for four and two additional chairs—perfect for sharing meals, enjoying conversations, and creating memories together.



Master Bedroom:

The master bedroom, located on the first floor, is a peaceful retreat featuring a luxurious super king-size bed with a beautifully crafted custom-made headboard. Casual seating and ample clothes storage create a cosy and relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal haven for rest and rejuvenation after a day of sightseeing or activities.



Bathroom:

The first-floor bathroom is a beautifully designed, modern space that combines style and functionality. It features a spacious walk-in shower, providing a luxurious experience for your daily routines. The contemporary fixtures and elegant decor create a serene environment, making it a perfect place to relax and refresh during your stay. Whether you’re starting your day or unwinding in the evening, the bathroom offers a calming retreat in the heart of the maisonette.



Staircase:

There is a second staircase within the house, taking you from the main living spaces on the 1st floor to the two bedrooms located on the 2nd floor.



Second Bedroom:

Up on the second floor, the second bedroom offers a charming space with two single beds, each adorned with exquisite custom-made headboards. Fresh casual seating and sufficient storage make this room both practical and inviting, perfect for children, friends, or additional guests seeking comfort and style.



Third Bedroom:

Also on the second floor, the third bedroom is a uniquely delightful space featuring a thoughtfully designed hand-built double bed. Its stunning decor and tranquil ambience provide a lovely haven for relaxation. The room’s bespoke touches and cosy atmosphere make it a memorable space for guest comfort.



Parking:

There is paid parking directly outside the house however, this is expensive per hour, so we recommend using this parking to drop off & pick up luggage when arriving or departing. There is convenient parking at the Wellgreen Multi-storey carpark, just a few minutes walk from the house (320 meters), which is more cost-effective to park here for 24 hours.

Guests staying at The Allan Maisonette will have access to the entire house, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. Upon arrival, you`ll ascend the five exterior steps up to the inviting entrance of the house, leading you through a foyer. As you make your way up the staircase from the foyer, you`ll find yourself on the first floor, where the main living areas are located. Upon arrival, you can enjoy the beautifully maintained interior spaces, designed for relaxation and convenience.



Living Room:

The living room is your cosy retreat for unwinding after a day of exploring. It features comfortable seating options, perfect for relaxing with family or friends, along with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Sky TV package for your entertainment.



Kitchen and Dining Area:

The fully equipped kitchen and dining space is a bright, modern area with stunning stained glass windows overlooking Stirling. Enjoy preparing your meals with high-end appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine. The dining table seats six, ideal for family dinners or catching up over coffee.



Master Bedroom:

Arriving Instructions:

If you’re travelling by public transport or driving, follow the steps below to ensure a smooth journey to the house.



By Car:

If you`re arriving by car, Stirling is well-connected via major roadways. From the M9 motorway, take the exit for Stirling and follow the signs for the city centre. The most convenient and secure parking option is at The Wellgreen Multi-Storey car park, which is also the most cost-effective nearby. It’s just a short walk from the townhouse. Once parked, head towards the city centre and follow Allan Park to reach us.



Stirling Bus Station:

Stirling Bus Station is about a 15-minute walk from The Allan Maisonette. Exit the bus station and head towards Goosecroft Road, following it until you reach Allan Park. Turn right onto Allan Park, and you will find the property on the left side.



Stirling Train Station:

If arriving by train, Stirling Train Station is approximately 15 minutes on foot. Exit the station and head towards the city centre via the A9 road. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto Allan Park, and the house will be just a short distance ahead on the right.



With its excellent location, public transport links, and nearby parking, exploring Stirling and the surrounding areas during your stay will be effortless and enjoyable.
