My companion has mobility issues and hotel is on quite a steep hill.She did manage it! I stayed for 3 nights while attending my sons university graduation. I loved the location of this property a quick walk away from Church of the Holyrood and Stirling Castle. The walk into the city center is 5 minutes downhill. The hotel is located in an old School house so I was fascinated by the building. There is no air conditioning in the rooms so it was a bit warm at nights but that was not unexpected. The meals in the restaurant were excellent.

We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful throughout our visit. Our family room on the third floor was spacious and offered a lovely view. The only downsides were that the decor felt a bit old-fashioned and there was no a/c, but overall, it was a good experience.

This property is perfectly situated in downtown Stirling. The staff were exceptional. The price was a little higher than our budget but, because of reviews, we chose it. The bathroom could use a little updating. We stayed in a suite in which the bunkbed room looked bigger online than it really was and the bunkbeds were a bit uncomfortable. The full bed though was extremely comfortable. The breakfast provided was standard Scottish fare and pretty good. The staff though really were the winners overall - excellent all the way around.
