“The Lions Den was a very nice place. Well equipped with everything you need. Clean and was nicely decorated, bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Convenient location to visit the American Dream Mall and NYC! Safe neighborhood, and nice duplex. Would stay again!Thank you, The Foster Family ”

“We loved this place! Great for 3 teenagers, a 4 year old and a Mom. Really safe, cute neighborhood area. The view of NYC from the kitchen and bedroom is spectacular! Parking was super easy, reserved and secured, off the street in its own lot. Everything was clean, spotless, updated and everything seemed like it was never used before. Everything you could possibly need was in the apartment. Loved how it was decorated!!! Great getaway, loved it!!!! ”

“I and my adult son and our two dogs stayed at this listing for two nights in early December 2023. It's for a quick first visit to NYC for my son, and a short break from work for me. Everything in this listing was great, except for one thing. It's difficult to sleep, or to stay asleep, for both nights of our stay because of the noise from the unit directly above. The sound the feet of whoever in that unit made was so loud that it's impossible to ignore. It's not the fault of the hosts, of course,……

“This was a nice clean place to stay and quiet. We felt secure with the two locked doors that could only be accessed with codes. Also this is very convenient to Penn station and is perfect for accesibg NYC!”

“It's right downtown Newark and surrounded by everything which was great. What isn't great about it, is parking... You absolutely can not park on the streets from 12am to 6 am and during peak hours it's very difficult to find parking. The place was pretty tidy and neat. Any issues I had with the place the property manager was quick to respond. I think for the room it was a little pricey but overall a decent experience. Not bad at all.”
