No view of the beach or water due to the mature palm trees. Apartment is basic - minimal accommodations (like wash any dishes & fill the coffee pot from small bathroom sink) for those looking for a great value and basic accommodations. “The screened in outdoor kitchen is fabulous!! We used the pizza oven, flat top griddle, and grill and loved it! Another perk was there were cleaning supplies and a broom/vaccum left out for us - so nice to keep the place tidy!Super comfy beds!!Being right on the ocean was perfect for morning snorkeling/kayaking/paddleboarding. “Point of View is a gem of a place! Just an amazing property. On a beautiful beach, clean and comfortable house. Great kitchen. We went to Ava’s a few times for their fresh baked bread, makes for amazing French toast! Going in the off season we something I have never done before, no one was on the beaches. It was like our own island. I would definitely come back. Really liked being away from the main tourist areas. We lived it!”

“It’s a beautiful nature - turquoise clear waters and beautiful views. Our villa fit our needs - it was clean, quiet, safe, with a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. There was unfinished construction around that could be unsafe for little unsupervised kids, but it didn’t bother us. A lot of the island is not in a state that people from developed countries are used to. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and how nice the people from the island are. “Everything was wonderful during our stay in Exuma. Communication was smooth, making the process so easy. If we had any questions or concerns, we had an almost immediate response from Jack. The kayaks provided were wonderful, our group of 9 used them almost daily. The house is completely stocked with all things, including beach items such as chairs, coolers, and goggles.
